* Service Coordinator – Patricia Vargas (Habla Español)

Patricia coordinates the progress of your sale and/or purchase. When a sale is pending, she will coordinate any requirements i.e. the appraisal, any needed inspections and lender requirements. She follows up with attorneys, lenders,    processors and closing agents to earmark early identification and resolutions    of problems as they arise, ensuring a successful sale.
