Buyer Specialist – Michelle Griffiths

As a licensed realtor, Michelle works exclusively with our buyers. She analyzes the current market and qualifies each buyer to correctly select, which home will meet his or her individual needs.

Listing Coordinator – Sandra Arenas (Habla Español – Fala Portugues)

Sandra designs all the media advertising for magazine, and internet advertisements, including brochures and photo tours. PLUS, special promotions for your property. She also monitors all showings for feedback on the computer system marketing plan to our valued customers.

Service Coordinator – Patricia Vargas (Habla Español)

Patricia coordinates the progress of your sale and/or purchase. When a sale is pending, she will coordinate any requirements i.e. the appraisal, any needed inspections and lender requirements. She follows up with attorneys, lenders, processors and closing agents to earmark early identification and resolutions of problems as they arise, ensuring a successful sale.
